Sometimes in life, there are things that just go together.
Lucy and Ethel. Red Bull and Cheetos. Ying and Yang. Tango and Cash.
Everybody knows this stuff.
And, in life, you are lucky if you find the ying to your yang. The Ethel to your Lucy.
One thing that so compliments you, it’s like the universe just opened up, and shat perfection right up on you.
Be jealous.
Because this happened to me.
Two words.
Barefoot Wine.
I know, right, could the world be more fucking perfect?
I like to drink wine. I like to not wear shoes. I would like to combine these two things. Guess what. Now I can.
Thank you universe!
And, because Barefoot Wine and yours truly have collided, in a hungover, perfectly pedicured love fest, I want to share the love, and include you in this tipsy orgy of sand and bubbly.
Not one, but TWO lucky people will win this super amazing Barefoot Summer Essentials Pack, full of everything you need to drink and be merry (ahem…wine not included).
Check it out, y’all.

Fucking awesomeness.
OK, here are the details. This contest will run for one week, ending July 1st at 9am, at which time I will use the random number generator to select two lucky winners.

I plan on being barefoot all summer long in my backyard. And the river, although sometimes the shoes are a must at the river. Y’know, rocks, snakes, gar. All hazardous to bare feet.
I want to be barefoot by the river right now.
standing on the rocks…
listening to the sound of the river with a good book.
My username is: FourFeetStarr!
I joined as courtneylyn.
I want to kick of my shoes and drink an entire pitcher of peach sangria.
The Barefoot Bubbly Pinot Grigio sounds so good. I may just buy me some today when I got grocery shopping.
I want to sleep…a lot. It’s Monday and I am tired already. Bleh.
I also want to lay out this summer because nothing says healthy like risking skin cancer…. but my kid is way more tan than me! Not fair.
my barefoot name is yooangel
riesling is awesome!!
i have not gone to the beach in years now, i refuse to go into the ocean…cause i live in pa and the closest ocean is in nj and, yeah, well, it’s gross and dirty, so i go to the beach in sneakers and jeans and i read and i write short stories about the people i see.
i started growing basil, like a ten inch pot of basil and i cannot wait to make pesto and drink wine and do it all barefoot, i hate shoes..and pants for that matter
I was so sad that Kroger didn’t have the Bubbly that I drank a whole bottle of the Pinot lol and it was delish!
Serious Heather Kroger sells wine? What is up with that.
You must not live in the Bible belt like I do:) Liquor stores only get to sell it here, oh and not on Sunday.
I may go stock up for my trip to the beach Tuesday is wine Tuesday and you get 10% off:)
Just signed up with the name EnchantedArtist! Great site!

Well, I have had wine here and there over the years but just recently started trying a little more when we go out. If anyone has any recommendations for me let me know and I will have a taste and come back and post what I thought of them, and of course I will be barefoot while trying them
So far I seem to like sweet, not bitter or dry, something mild not strong, bubbly is nice but not required.

Hey! My barefoot name is Mamasoo (so uninspiring…)
Thanks for the giveaway. I blogged about you, so all 3 of my readers can now share in your insanity!
Pick me, Monty!
PS- I love Riesling.
And…whenever I go east to our weekend/summer house on Long Island, the FIRST thing I do is kick off my shoes. The SECOND thing I do is pop open a beer. Or wine. Or Tequila. As long as it’s alcoholic.
It’s my sanity. It’s not fancy- just a little bungalow filled with family, friends and sand.
I went and registered. I am missycj03
I want to get barefoot and play in the water with my little one. I want to find a big field of wildflowers and go take pictures with the prettiest little girl I know (MINE) after going and getting a full pedicure. I want to stroll along the beach hand in hand with my (mostly) wonderful boyfriend. I want to play footsie under the table with an incredibly sexy woman friend of mine at a large group dinner.
I will come back if I think of more. But that is where my head is at right now.
OH – I thought of one more – I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO PEE IN PEACE ALL BY MYSELF WITH NO ONE (especially not the 3 year old that I gave life to) WALKING IN ASKING ME WHAT I AM DOING!!!!!!!!!!!! “I am knitting a sweater…what does it look like I am doing?!?!”
“Kiknbk” without question my bare foot name!:)
I love the White zin, the hubby loves the Shiraz! Cant wait to try the reisling though!
I cant wait to kick off my shoe and walk barefoot on the coast of Newfoundland in 3 weeks !!!!
I’ll kick off my shoes to dance in public this summer!
I love running barefoot through those public water parks that are free that shoot water out of the ground at various intervals. We don’t have any here so will have to go in search of one!

Well this summer I plan on kicking my shoes off and going to the lake… drinking some wine and making the hubby watch the kids.. I can see it now barefoot, glass of wine, 100 degree sun beating down and a book.. *sighs* sounds so nice
oh yeah Joy for sure, I bought it at Kroger on Sunday lol You just must not be a bunch of alcoholics where you live haha
Hey! I registered as PaintedToes – cuz that is a MUST-DO in the summer for me.
My favie would have to be Reisling.
