I love your food posts. Always something yummy and easy, which is good, because like you, I’m usually cooking while holding one kid and trying to throw snacks at the other to actually MAKE it to dinner. Always in the mood for another version of potato salad — I’ll be trying this one next week.

Looks good.
But what’s up with the EXTRA virgin oil…for god’s sake…isn’t it good enough just to be able to find the virgin oil….but now it has to be EXTRA virgin. Soon it will be like that with people.
