Last year, I spent New Year’s Eve in a hospital bed watching Ryan Seacrest’s ball drop on a teeny tiny television. I think it was Ryan Seacrest. It may have been an old episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta, I don’t know, I was on a lot of drugs.
This year, knock on wood, will be different.
How can it not be…I’ve got donuts.

I am way too old for bars and such. Not that I am geriatric, I just don’t ‘get’ the young people these days. I guess I am geriatric at heart. LOL. Anyway, we are going to some friends’ house to eat and drink too much and act entirely stupid. Maybe play Rock Band, maybe just laugh at dumb shit over margaritas. Who knows?

I blew my other friends off because I had a friend who lived closer and said she was going to be alone on NYE. Then she cancelled on me today at the last minute, soooo once again I will spend NYE alone. Sucks…but not surprising
